This Privacy Policy describes how Nameplate AI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application Nameplate AI (the "App").

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Photos: When you use the App, you may upload photos of your pet. These photos are sent to an AI service solely to generate a name suggestion. We do not store your photos on our servers.
• Device Identifier: A device-level identifier is collected by RevenueCat, our payment processor, to manage your in-app purchase status.
• Purchase History: If you purchase the unlimited plan, your purchase is processed through Apple In-App Payments. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not have access to your payment details.
• Usage Data: Basic app interaction and crash data may be collected by RevenueCat to help us improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core functionality of the App (generating pet names from photos)
• To process and verify your in-app purchase
• To diagnose and fix technical issues

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat – for managing in-app purchases. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Anthropic / AI API – pet photos are processed by an AI model to generate name suggestions. Images are not stored beyond the duration of the request.

Data Retention

We do not store pet photos. Purchase and device identifier data is retained by RevenueCat as described in their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
